BOARD OF DIRECTOR APPOINTMENTS/ RESIGNATIONS

In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the Debt Listings Requirements [and in
terms of the Board's forward-looking succession planning], the board of
directors of the Company ("Board"), wishes to advise Bondholders of the
following:

Mr. Jan Patrick Burghardt, (Non-Executive Director: Daimler Truck Southern
Africa) has resigned from his role within the Board effective 29 November 2023.

Mr. Juergen Distl, (Mercedes-Benz Trucks Operations & Chief Finance Officer
Mercedes-Benz Trucks) is appointed to the Board as Non-Executive Director:
Daimler Truck Southern Africa, effective 28 November 2023.

Mr. Michael Dietz (Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer: Daimler Truck
Southern Africa) will succeed Mr. Kay-Wolf Ahlden as the new Head of the Regional
Centre MENA in Dubai, the effective date previously communicated is hereby
amended for operational reasons to 1 April 2024.

Ms. Maretha Gerber (currently the Vice President Sales and Marketing: Daimler
Truck Southern Africa) will succeed Mr. Michael Dietz as the new Head of the
Regional Centre SOUTHERN AFRICA in Pretoria, fulfilling the role of Executive
Director and Chief Executive Officer: Daimler Truck Southern Africa, effective
date previously communicated is hereby amended for operational reasons to 1
April 2024.

The appointments of Ms. Maretha Gerber and Mr. Juergen Distl have been made in
terms of Issuer's nomination policy and the Issuer nomination committee is
satisfied that, following these two appointments, the Board collectively has
the necessary skills, expertise, and diversity to effectively fulfil its
obligations.

The aforementioned is subject to all applicable internal approvals of Daimler
Truck AG.
