Following the granting of options over Shaftesbury PLC's ordinary shares of 25 pence each under
Shaftesbury PLC's Sharesave Scheme on 9 July 2020, and further to completion of the all-share merger of
Shaftesbury PLC and Capital & Counties Properties PLC (the "Merger") with effect from 6 March 2023, Chris
Ward's options under the Sharesave Scheme converted to options in the Company as detailed in the table
below:
