REVISED PAYMENT DATE IN RESPECT OF THE DIVIDEND FOR THE PERIOD ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2022
Shareholders are referred to the dividend declaration contained in the company's summarised audited
consolidated financial statements, released on SENS on 30 November 2022, and are advised that due to
Tuesday, 27 December 2022 having been declared as an additional public holiday, the dividend timetable has
been amended such that payment will now be made on Wednesday, 28 December 2022.
The revised timetable is as set out below:

Shares trade ex-distribution Wednesday, 21 December
Record date Friday, 23 December
Payment date: Wednesday, 28 December
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Wednesday, 21 December 2022 and
Friday, 23 December 2022, both days inclusive. Payment of the dividend will be made to shareholders on
Wednesday, 28 December 2022. In respect of dematerialised shareholders, the dividend will be transferred to
the Central Securities Depositary Participant ("CSDP") accounts/broker accounts on Wednesday,
28 December 2022. Certificated shareholders' dividend payments will be deposited on or about Wednesday,
28 December 2022 into certificated shareholders' bank accounts.
