RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on Thursday, 20 November 2022 (in
terms of the notice dispatched on 20 October 2022) all the resolutions tabled thereat were passed by the requisite
majority of shareholders.

Details of the results of voting at the annual general meeting are as follows:

- total number of shares in issue as at the date of the annual general meeting: 751 551 292
- total number of shares that could have been voted at the annual general meeting, excluding 46 427 553 treasury
  shares: 705 124 739
- total number of shares that were present/represented at the annual general meeting: 590 364 692 being 78.55% of
  the total number of shares that could have been voted at the annual general meeting.

Ordinary resolution number 1: Confirmation of the appointment of Ernst & Young as independent auditors, with
Ernest van Rooyen as the engagement partner on the audit.
