shares in issue total of 470,022,741 and
an unchanged investability weighting

*The new investability weighting is based on the distribution ratio of 1 Spur Corp share for every 56

Effective Tuesday 14 June 2022:
A capital repayment will be applied to Grand Parade Investments Ltd to reflect the value of the
distribution.
