INVESTMENTS NO1847 RF PROPRIETARY LIMITED (“BUSINESS VENTURE”)
Reference is made to the SENS announcement dated 31 August 2021. In accordance with
section 122 of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has received
formal notification in the prescribed form that Gajoder has acquired a beneficial interest in the
securities of the Company, such that the total beneficial interest in the securities of the
Company held by Gajoder is now 4.10% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
In accordance with section 122 of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 and section 3.83(b) of
the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that the Company
has received formal notification in the prescribed form that Business Venture has disposed of
a beneficial interest in the securities of the Company, such that the total beneficial interest in
the securities of the Company held by Business Venture is now 11.69% of the total issued
share capital of the Company.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has filed the required notice
with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
