Further to the announcement released on SENS on 4 August 2021, Workforce is pleased to advise shareholders
that the Company has obtained a level 1 B-BBEE status. The annual compliance report in terms of Section
13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act No. 46 of 2013, is available on the
