In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are hereby
advised of the appointment of Alana Rudolph as acting company secretary with effect from August
2021. Alana Rudolph has assisted in matters relating to the company secretary function and has
over six years’ experience within the Legal Department of RCS. BNPP PF South Africa will advise of
the permanent appointment of a company secretary in due course.
BNPP PF South Africa are also pleased to announce the appointment of Balraj Dev as Debt Officer.
Balraj is currently the Deputy CEO and CFO.
