Full Capital Redemption – NGL01

In accordance with the provisions of the terms and conditions of
Nedbank Group Limited (‘NGL’) Unsecured subordinated notes in
terms of its Domestic Medium-Term Note Programme – “NGL01” under
sections D3 and D4 (‘Issuer Early Redemption Election’) of the
Pricing    Supplement   dated    20   September   2016,   investors   are
herewith    advised   of   the   full   capital   redemption   of   NGL01
effective 22 September 2021.

In accordance with the terms and conditions, the Registrar of
Banks (Relevant Authority) has granted written approval of
the Issuer Early Redemption Election of the NGL01 Notes
exercised by Nedbank.
