NOTIFICATION OF THE DELISTING OF THE NOTES AND DEREGISTRATION OF THE PROGRAMME

Noteholders are referred to the announcement released on the JSE Limited (the “JSE”) Stock Exchange News
Service on 25 June 2021 relating to the results of the request for written consent of noteholders, wherein
noteholders approved the delisting of the notes and the deregistration of the Issuer’s programme (collectively
the “Delisting and Deregistration”). Noteholders are advised that pursuant to noteholders approving the
Delisting and Deregistration, the JSE has granted approval for the Delisting and Deregistration with effect from
30 June 2021.
