Notice is hereby given to Noteholders that Transnet SOC Limited has published the following
policies on its website:

   1. Corporate Governance and Nominations Committee Charter as well as the Nomination
      of Directors (DPSA Handbook for the appointment of persons to boards of state and
      state controlled institutions);
   2. Board Performance Evaluation Policy ;
   3. Declaration of Interest (DOI) and Related Party Disclosures Policy for Directors and
      Declaration of Interest and Related Party Disclosures Policy for Employees;
   4. Domestic Prominent Influential Persons (DPIP) and Foreign Prominent Public Officials
      (FPPO) and Related Individuals Policy;
   5. Supply Chain Management Policy ; and
   6. Lending Policy Statement in the form of a SENS announcement.
