FURTHER EXTENSION OF DEADLINES TO RELEASE FINANCIAL RESULTS
Shareholders of the Company and the general public are referred to the previous announcement released
by the Company on 1 December 2020, whereby the board of directors (the “Board”) of New Frontier
announced that the Company had obtained formal approval of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (“SEM”)
to extend the deadline for publishing its abridged consolidated audited financial statements for the year
ended 31 August 2020 and its abridged consolidated unaudited financial statements for the three months
ended 30 November 2020 (the “Accounts”) until Friday, 26 February 2021.
The Board hereby wishes to further apprise its shareholders and the general public that the audit process of
New Frontier’s consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 August 2020 is still on-going, and has
been subject to various hindrances owing to the Covid-19 and other administrative issues. The audit of the
Guernsey subsidiary companies has also been delayed due to the aforesaid reasons.
Furthermore, given that the Company’s interim (quarterly) report for the period ended 28 February 2021 can
only be finalised following completion of the audit process, the Company will also not be able to publish its
abridged consolidated unaudited financial statements for the three months and six months ended 28
February 2021 within the statutory deadline of 45 days, being 14 April 2021.
Consequently, and following an application made to the SEM, the Company has obtained formal approval
from the SEM for extension of the deadline for publishing its Accounts and its abridged consolidated
unaudited financial statements for the three months and six months ended 28 February 2021 until 31 May
2021.
New Frontier holds primary listings on the Official Market of the SEM and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE.
