DISTRIBUTION OF NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING INCORPORATING SUMMARISED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Shareholders of the Company (“Shareholders”) are hereby advised that the Company’s
Notice to Shareholders (“Notice”) regarding its 2021 annual general meeting (“AGM”),
incorporating the summarised consolidated annual financial statements of the Company for
the year ended 30 September 2020 (“Summarised Financial Statements”), was distributed
to Shareholders today, Wednesday, 23 December 2020.

The following  will also be available on the Company’s website,
https://www.coronation.com/en-za/personal/shareholder-information/company-reports/2020-
integrated-annual-report/ as from today, Wednesday, 23 December 2020:
1. the Notice to Shareholders: 2021 Annual General Meeting; and
2. the Integrated Annual Report.

NOTICE OF AGM

Notice is hereby given that the AGM will be conducted entirely by electronic communication
at 14:00 on Wednesday, 17 February 2021 to transact the business as set out in the Notice.

The date on which Shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register of the
Company to be eligible to vote at the AGM is Friday, 12 February 2021, with the last day to
trade being Tuesday, 9 February 2021.
