Partial Redemption Notification - DOL012

In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the DOLOMITE CAPITAL LIMITED Series 12 ZAR
80,000,000 Limited Recourse Floating Rate Credit Linked Secured Notes due 2021 (ISIN: ZAG000145293) -
(the Notes), investors are herewith advised of the partial capital redemption of Notes. Capitalised terms
herein have the meaning given to them in the terms and conditions of the Notes.
As communicated to Noteholders by the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the Notes, a Bankruptcy
Credit Event occurred in respect of SELECTA GROUP B.V. on 08 October 2020 .
As a result, pursuant to the terms of the Notes, the Outstanding Notional Amount of the Notes will be
reduced as follows.
