The ICB classification for RMB Holdings will be updated to 8633 (Real Estate Holding and Development)
effective 01 July 2020.
Effective Wednesday 24 June 2020:
A capital repayment will be applied to RMB Holdings to reflect the value of the distribution, overall the
ex-date will be market capitalisation neutral.
RMB Holdings will not be subject to re -evaluation and will remain in the same indexes as prior to the
event, in accordance with the treatment of Stock Distributions.
