Noteholders are advised that the Annual Financial Statements for the period
ended 31 December 2019 have been made available by the issuer and can be
viewed or downloaded on the below link:

Noteholders are also advised that there was a restatement of the prior year
AFS as the current portion of the Trans-Caledon Tunnel Authority loan,
together with the corresponding liability (issued notes) were not reflected
correctly under current assets. These were erroneously reported as non-
current assets in the total loans and advances number. The impact of this
error was the overstatement of non-current assets and an understatement of
current assets by R6 500 000.
