AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE ISSUER, GUARANTORS AND UPDATE
TO THE KING IV DISCLOSURE
Noteholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the 12 months ended 31 August
2019 (“the financial statements”) of the Issuer the Parent Guarantor, enX Leasing Investments
Proprietary Limited, and fellow Subsidiary Guarantors (collectively “the Guarantors”) of the Issuer’s
Domestic Medium Term Note Programme (“the Programme”), are available for inspection at the
Issuer’s registered office.
Noteholders are further advised that the financial statements of the Issuer and Guarantors received
an unqualified audit report, with no modifications applicable.
Saficon Industrial Equipment Proprietary Limited, a Subsidiary Guarantor of the Programme, has
restated figures in its statement of cash flows to its previous annual financial statements, for the
period ended 31 August 2018, due to the identification of items being misclassified erroneously.
The financial statements of the Issuer are available for inspection on the enX Group Limited website

Furthermore, the King IV Compliance Document, incorporated by reference in the Issuer’s
Programme, has been updated and is available for inspection on the enX Group Limited website at
