RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of Tradehold shareholders was held today,
Thursday, 11 August 2016 at 10:00. All the special and ordinary resolutions
as set out in the notice of AGM to shareholders, dated 23 May 2016, were
approved by the requisite majority of shareholders.

The resolutions proposed at the AGM, and the details of the results
are set out in the table below:
