APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS AND CHANGES TO RESPONSIBILITIES OF
DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 6.39(b) of the JSE Debt Listings
Requirements, noteholders are hereby advised that the Minister of
Transport has reappointed the following directors to the Board of
Airports Company South Africa SOC Ltd:
• Dr Sandile Nogxina (Chairman) with effect from 2 March
2023;
• Ms Phydelis Ntombifuthi Mvelase with effect from 2 March
2023;
• Ms Dudu Hlatshwayo with effect from 6 August 2023 upon
expiry of her first term;
• Dr Kgabo Hendrik Badimo with effect from 6 August 2023
upon expiry of his first term; and
• Mr Yershen Pillay with effect from 2 March 2023.
Appointed the following non-executive directors to the Board
of Airports Company South Africa SOC Ltd:
• Mr Gcobani Mancotywa with effect from 2 March 2023;
• Ms Nonzukiso Siyotula with effect from 2 March 2023;
and
• Ms Sibongile Rejoyce Sambo with effect from 2 March
2023.
Retired Ms Nosizwe Nokwe-Macamo from the Board of Airports
Company South Africa SOC Ltd with effect from 2 March 2023.
Ms Macamo has ceased to be a member of the Company’s Audit
and Risk Committee; Human Resources, Remuneration and
Nominations Committee and chairman of the Board Investment
Committee as a result of her retirement.
