RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 19 October 2022, and to the
subsequent renewal of cautionary announcements, the last of which was dated 16 January 2023, advising that
Acsion is considering a potential delisting of the Company’s shares from the securities exchange operated by
the JSE Limited, on the basis that the delisting would be accompanied by a cash offer (“the Proposed
Transaction”) which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s
securities.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities until a further announcement is made.

The board of directors of Acsion accepts responsibility for the information contained in this announcement and
confirms that, to the best of its knowledge and belief, the information contained in this announcement is true
