RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 19 September 2022 (and using
the terms defined therein unless otherwise stated) and are advised that negotiations regarding the potential
disposal of certain Group assets, including Arthur Kaplan and World’s Finest Watches, by Luxe to Go Dutch for a
cash consideration are still in progress.

As the Proposed Disposal, which, if successfully concluded may have a material effect on the price at which
Luxe’s securities may expect to trade post the lifting of the suspension, shareholders are advised to continue to
exercise caution when dealing in Luxe’s securities until a further announcement is made.
