Mr. Mohamed Bin Hadi Al Hussaini, Minister of State for Financial Affairs of the United Arab Emirates,
was appointed as a governor of New Development Bank on 18 October 2021.

Mr. Younis Haji Al Khoori, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance of the United Arab Emirates, was
appointed as a governor of New Development Bank on 18 October 2021.



Board of Directors:

Mr. Abdalla Ahmed Al Obeidli, Director of International Organisations and Financial Relations
Department of the United Arab Emirates was appointed as a Director of New Development Bank on 18
October 2021.
