Subject: Acquisition of GTC SA shares by the President of the Management Board

The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("GTC") announced that on 25 June 2021 the
Company was notified that the President of the Management Board acquired 13,659 shares in the
Company at an average price of PLN 6.449517 on 21 June 2021 and 21,841 shares in the Company at
an average price of PLN 6.786646 on 24 June 2021.

Legal grounds: § 19 .3 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council
of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the
European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and
2004/72/EC
