NOTIFICATION OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITION OF THE ING383 AND ING384
NOTES

iNguza has received approval from the noteholders and subsequently from the JSE Limited (“JSE”) in
terms of the amended terms and conditions to the ING383 and ING384 applicable pricing supplements
(the “Updated Pricing Supplements”), issued under the Issuer’s ZAR 25 000 000 000 Asset-Backed Note
Programme (the “Programme”). A summary of the changes effected under annexure C of the Updated
Pricing Supplements is provided below:

•   Amendment to the terms and conditions of the Programme by labelling the existing condition 10.4
    as condition 10.4(a); and
•   The inclusion of a new condition 10.4(b), to allow the Issuer to early redeem the notes then
    outstanding, by giving notice of not less than 5 days and not more than 20 days to the noteholders
    in accordance with condition 20 of the Programme.

The Updated Pricing Supplements are available for inspection at the registered office of the Issuer and
has     been    made     available   for     inspection     on      the     Issuer’s     website     at
https://www.rmb.co.za/conduits/inguza .

The Updated Pricing Supplements are also available for inspection on the JSE’s website at
www.jse.co.za.
