AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE ISSUER
Noteholders are advised that the annual financial statements of the Issuer for the year ended 31 March 2020
(the “Issuer’s financial statements”) is available for inspection at the Issuer’s registered office.
The Issuer’s financial statements have also been made available on the Issuer’s website at:
https://www.toyota.co.za/financial-services/corporate-affairs.
Noteholders are also advised that the audit report on the Issuer’s financial statements is unqualified with no
modifications applicable.
Furthermore, the Issuer would like to advise noteholders of the following restatements to the previously
published annual financial statements of the Issuer for the year ended 31 March 2019 and the reasons
therefore:
In the 2020 financial year, the Issuer changed the presentation of the Statement of Profit and Loss and Other
Comprehensive Income and the presentation of the Statement of Cash Flows to comply with the requirements
of IAS 1 and the accounting policies which was not considered in the 2019 financial period. This resulted in the
reclassification of revenue, fee and commission income, and other income line items. There is no impact to
profit and loss in both the 2019 and 2020 financial years.
