TRADING STATEMENT                                                               
In terms of paragraph 3.4 (b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,  
an issuer is required to publish a trading statement as soon as it is satisfied 
that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the 
next period to be reported on are expected to differ by at least 20% from those 
of the previous corresponding period.                                           
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that Mvela Group`s:                       
*    Headline earnings per share for the six-months ended 31 December 2011 are  
expected to increase to a headline earnings per share of between 18 and 16  
    cents, compared to a headline loss per share of 0,7 cents for the previous  
    corresponding period 31 December 2010; and                                  
*    Earnings per share for the six-months ended 31 December 2011 are expected  
to increase to an earnings per share of between 18 and 16 cents, compared   
    to a loss per share of 53,6 cents for the previous corresponding period 31  
    December 2010.                                                              
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been 
reviewed or reported on by Mvela Group`s external auditors.                     
The Company`s results are expected to be released on SENS on or about Wednesday,
1 February 2012.
