UPDATE TO ANNOUNCEMENT OF DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS OF A MAJOR
SUBSIDIARY
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 11 December 2025 (the
"previous announcement") relating to the vesting of awards made under the 2017 Long Term Incentive
Plan in November 2020 and 2021, as well as the 2022 Forfeitable Share Scheme in November 2022,
which awards were due to vest in November 2025. Shareholders are advised that the number of
vested shares, as disclosed in the previous announcement was incorrect in that it failed to take into
account the reduced number of shares that vested under the 2022 Forfeitable Share Scheme.
The following information is applicable to the vesting of awards made to the directors of a major
subsidiary under the 2017 Long Term Incentive Plan as well as the Forfeitable Share Plan, and
includes the reduced number of shares that vested under the Forfeitable Share Plan.
