PARTIAL REDEMPTION OF PREGIP SECURITIES


The JSE has approved the partial redemption of 158,263 PREGIP securities with effect from the
commencement of business today, at an issue price of approximately R10.03 per security.


Following the partial redemption of the 158,263 securities, there will be 3,013,797 PREGIP securities in
issue.
