FTSE JSE Africa Index Series: Ground Rule Update CORPORATE FTSE JSE Africa Index Series: Ground Rule Update 21 May 2025 FTSE Russell would like to inform clients that the FTSE JSE Africa Index Series Ground Rules have been updated as shown below effective with the June 2025 review. Please note that free floats will be rounded to four decimal places going forward, although the application of corporate events may extend to more than four decimal places to ensure appropriate implementation. New Rule Section 4: Index construction Rule 4.3.6 - Free float review Underlying data for the calculation of free float is collected on an ongoing basis and the detailed free float percentage as maintained by the JSE is updated accordingly.
