Urban Ubomi 2 has established a R5 000 000 000 Asset Backed Note
Programme ("the Programme") which was approved by the JSE Limited
on 05 September 2024 and registered on the JSE Interest Rate Market.

A further SENS with details regarding the issuance of notes under
the Programme will be published on SENS in due course.
