NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of Toyota Financial Services wishes to advise noteholders that Mr. Fran Kelly has been
appointed as a non-executive director to the board of the Issuer, with effect from 25 June 2024, as a
replacement to Christian Ruben.

Toyota Financial Services confirms that the appointment of Mr. Fran Kelly was done in accordance
with the Issuer's nomination policy.
