Transsec 4 (RF) Limited – Notification of Audit Firm Rotation for the
Financial Year Ending 30 September 2024
Noteholders are advised that, following the conclusion of a tender process, the Audit Committee of Transsec 4 (RF)
Limited ("the Company") has recommended, and the Board of Directors ("the Board") of the Company has endorsed,
the proposed appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. as the external auditor of the Company, with Johan
Potgieter as the designated audit partner, for the financial year ending 30 September 2024. This appointment will be
effective from the date of the March 2024 annual general meeting of Transaction Capital Limited ("TCL"), provided
such appointment is approved by TCL shareholders.

The Company's incumbent external auditor, Deloitte and Touche ("Deloitte") will continue to serve as the Company's
external auditor in respect of the Company's financial year ended 30 September 2023.

The Board welcomes the opportunity to appoint new auditors in the interests of embracing audit rotation and good
corporate governance principles.

The Board would like to extend its appreciation to Deloitte for their long-standing service to the Company.
