RESIGNATION OF A NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited and paragraph 6.39 of the Debt Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised of the resignation of Ms Naidene Ford-Hoon as an independent non-executive
director of the Company with effect from 06 September 2023. Her resignation follows recent developments which have
resulted in capacity constraints.

Ms Ford-Hoon was appointed as an independent non-executive Director of the Board with effect from 01 November 2022
and served as a member on the Audit and Risk Committees. These Board committees will remain duly constituted following
Ms Ford-Hoon’s resignation.

The Telkom Board extends its gratitude to Ms Ford-Hoon for her contribution to the Company during her tenure and wishes
her well in her future endeavors.
