WITHDRAWAL OF RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR


Further to the announcement released on SENS on 14 February 2023, the board of
directors of AEEI (“the Board”) is pleased to advise its shareholders that Mr
Jowayne van Wyk (“Mr van Wyk”), having reconsidered his decision to resign from
the Board, has withdrawn his resignation and will retain his position as the
Chief Financial Officer and executive director of the Company.
