CHANGE TO THE BOARD - RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Workforce (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms Inshaaf Ross (“Ms Ross”) has resigned as
a non-executive director and a member of the Social, Ethics and the Transformation Committee and
Remuneration and Nominations Committee with effect from 7 November 2022.

The Board thanks Ms Ross for her contribution to the Company and wishes her well in her future
endeavours.
