Noteholders are hereby advised that the company’s audited annual financial
statements for the year ended 28 February 2022 have been released. The annual
financial statements of the issuer have been audited by BDO South Africa
Incorporated who have issued an unqualified audit opinion, with no modifications.
During the current year the company changed the manner in which it presents its
assets and liabilities on the Statement of Financial Position, the statement is
presented based on the assets and liabilities' liquidity, as the company considered
it to be more relevant to its business and more comparable to its peers. Henceforth
the company has restated its prior year annual financial statements.
