Change in auditors

Delta shareholders are advised that:

    -   the Company has appointed KPMG Incorporated (“KPMG”) as the new auditors from 1 July
        2022 with the designated audit partner being Zola Beseti. The board of directors has approved
        the appointment of KPMG;
    -   Delta’s current auditors, BDO South Africa Inc. (“BDO”), have been the Company’s auditors
        since 1 August 2010 and will be rotated as the auditors of Delta with effect from 30 June 2022
        in line with mandatory audit firm rotation; and
    -   KPMG’s appointment as external auditor will be proposed for approval by Shareholders at the
        next annual general meeting of the Company which is scheduled on or about 30 August 2022.

The board of Delta sincerely thanks BDO for their service to the Company and welcomes KPMG as the
new auditors.
