CONVERSION RATIO AND THE LISTING OF THE SATRIX CAPPED ALL SHARE ETF
(“THE PORTFOLIO”)- STXCAP
Further to the announcement released on SENS on Thursday, 04 November
2021 regarding the results of the initial public offer (“the offer”)
for subscription to the portfolio, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Limited
hereby announce the conversion ratio and the listing of the portfolio.
1. Conversion ratio
Investors will be entitled to 0.0293479 (“the conversion ratio”)
Satrix Capped All Share Securities for every letter of allocation
(“LA”) issued. The LAs will be converted to Satrix Capped All Share
securities in the subscriber’s CSDP or broker account.
STRATE will convert the LA to Satrix securities in the subscriber’s
CSDP or broker accounts in terms of the conversion ratio above.
2. Issued securities and listing
Satrix Capped All Share ETF will issue 1 279 427 (One Million Two
hundred and Seventy Nine thousand Four hundred and Twenty Seven)
securities to list on the “Exchange Traded Funds” sector of the main
board of the JSE Limited, at an issue price of approximately R 34.07
per security, to commence trading on Wednesday, 10 November 2021.
