ABRIDGED AUDITED CONSOLIDATED RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2020, 
DISTRIBUTION OF THE INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT AND
NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING



1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     Revenue increased by 3% to R90.4 million, from R87.7 million in the prior corresponding
     period.

     Headline earnings per share (“HEPS”) increased by 133% to a profit of 8.71 cents per share,
     from a loss of 25.81 cents per share in the prior corresponding period.

     Earnings per share (“EPS”) increased by 134% to a profit of 8.49 cents per share, from a
     loss of 25.85 cents per share in the prior corresponding period.

     No dividends were declared during the current and corresponding period.

3. DISTRIBUTION OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL
   GENERAL MEETING

   Shareholders of the Company (“Shareholders”) are hereby advised that the Company’s
   integrated annual report (“Integrated Report”), incorporating the full audited consolidated
   annual financial statements of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2020 (“Annual
   Financial Statements”) and the notice of the annual general meeting of the Company
   (“Notice of AGM”) was dispatched to Shareholders today, 17 September 2020.

   NOTICE OF AGM


   Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 10:00
   on Friday 30 October 2020, to transact the business as stated in the notice of the Annual
   General Meeting, which is contained in the Integrated Annual Report to be distributed on 17
   September 2020.
   
   The board of directors of SilverBridge (“the Board”) has determined that, in terms of section
   62(3)(a), as read with section 59 of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008), the record date
   for the purposes of determining which shareholders of the Company are entitled to participate
   in and vote at the Annual General Meeting is Friday, 23 October 2020. Accordingly, the last
   day to trade in SilverBridge shares in order to be recorded in the Register to be entitled to vote
   at the Annual General Meeting will be Tuesday, 20 October 2020.
