Shareholders are advised that the notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) containing
the consolidated financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2019, dispatched
to shareholders today, sets out the details of the Company’s AGM which will be held in
the Board Room, 23 Saddle Drive, Woodmead Office Park, Woodmead, 2191, Gauteng
at 09h00 on Wednesday, 28 August 2019. The last day to trade in order to be eligible to
participate in and vote at the AGM is Tuesday, 20 August 2019 and the record date for
voting purposes is Friday, 23 August 2018.
Shareholders are further advised that Imbalie Beauty’s Integrated Annual Report,
incorporating the audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 28 February
2019 has been published and is available on the Company’s website,
www.imbaliebeauty.co.za, and contains no changes from the provisional condensed
consolidated financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2019 published on
SENS on 31 May 2019.
