DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS AND THE COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with the terms of the JSE’s long-term incentive scheme
(LTIS 2010), share awards granted in June 2013 (Allocation 4 - Tranche 2)
and June 2014 (Allocation 5 – Tranche 1) have vested in the hands of
executive committee members of the JSE, including the executive directors
and the Company Secretary, as well as JSE senior staff (the
“Participants”).
On instruction of the named Participants below, the JSE LTIS 2010 Trust
sold 96 657 of these vested ordinary shares (LTIS 2010 shares) in the
open market at a volume-weighted average price of 13810.468 cents per
ordinary share:
