CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR AND CHANGE IN FUNCTION OF DIRECTOR
Shareholders are referred to the “Results of Annual General Meeting” announcement released on SENS
on 31 September 2016 wherein shareholders were advised of the withdrawal of the resolutions pertaining
to Mr Ralph Patmore’s re-election as a director and his appointment as a member of the Independent
Audit and Risk Committee prior to the Annual General Meeting.
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors
of PSV (“the Board”) hereby notifies shareholders that Mr Ralph Patmore has resigned as an independent
non-executive director, member of the Independent Audit and Risk Committee and Chairman of the Board
with effect from 30 August 2016.
The Board has commenced the process to appoint a new independent non-executive Chairman of the
Board and member of the Independent Audit and Risk Committee and shareholders will be advised in due
course once an appointment has been made.
In the interim, Mr Abie Da Silva will serve as acting Chairman of the Board, until a suitable replacement
has been appointed.
We wish to thank Mr Patmore for his contribution to the Company and wish him every success with his
future endeavours.
