RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING


1. INTRODUCTION

   Amecor shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the announcements published by the Company
   on 30 June 2014 and 15 August 2014, as well as the circular issued to Shareholders on 28 August
   2014 regarding the proposed disposal of Amecor’s 79% interest in Secequip Proprietary Limited to
   Secequip Supplies Proprietary Limited (“Transaction”).

2. RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING

   Shareholders are advised that at the General meeting of the Company held today, 29 September
   2014, all of the resolutions required to give effect to the Transaction as set out in the notice convening
   the General meetings incorporated in the Circular were passed by the requisite majority of
   shareholders without modification.

3. CONDITIONS PRECEDENT

   As the last condition precedent (approval by the majority of shareholders in the general meeting) has
   been fulfilled, the agreements relating to the Transaction have become unconditional in accordance
   with their terms.
