43,428 restricted Nedbank Group Limited shares, originally awarded under the Scheme on 7 March
2011, to Mr M W T Brown, Chief Executive of Nedbank Group Limited and a member of the Group
Executive Committee of Old Mutual plc, vested on 10 March 2014, as announced on 14 March 2014.
Mr. Brown sold 43,428 shares on 9 April 2014 at a price of R220 per share.
