The board of directors of the company wishes to advise shareholders that, in the results released on
Friday, 14 June 2013, the word “unqualified” was erroneously omitted from the sentence regarding
review of the results by the auditors.


The sentence concerned should therefore read as follows:
“These results have been reviewed by PKF (Jhb) Inc. and their unqualified report is available for
inspection at the company’s registered office.”
