APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM CHAIRPERSON OF THE BOARD AND CHANGES TO RESPONSIBILITIES OF DIRECTORS


In accordance with paragraph 6.39(b) and 6.39(c) of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders 
are hereby advised of the following changes to the Board and Board Committees:


  - Ms Ntombifuthi Zikalala Mvelase has been appointed as the interim chairman of the Board of ACSA to replace 
    Dr Sandile Nogxina, pending the appointment of a permanent chairman. The appointment is with effect from 
    1 October 2024. Ms Zikalala Mvelase was appointed as the Lead Independent Director of the Board of ACSA on 
    5 April 2023.

  - Ms Ntombifuthi Zikalala Mvelase ceases to be a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and chairman of the 
    Human Resources, Remuneration and Nominations ("RemNom") Committee as a result of this appointment. She 
    will remain an ordinary member of the RemNom Committee and will assume the chairmanship of the Board 
    Economic Regulation Committee.
