NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of Toyota Financial Services wishes to advise noteholders that, Mr. Christian Ruben will
resign as a non-executive director of the Issuer with effect from 25 June 2024 due to changes in the
organizational structure in the Europe and Africa Region of Toyota Financial Services.

The board thanks Mr. Ruben for his service and wishes him well in his future endeavors. The Issuer
confirms that Mr. Ruben's replacement will be confirmed at a later date.
