the R60 000 000 000.00 note programme dated 29 November 2011 (the note programme) as amended
from time to time, of the occurrence of a reference obligation early redemption event on the FRC466
notes (the notes).
Consequently, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the note programme, noteholders
herewith advised of the full capital reduction of the notes and accrued interest payment.
