NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Tsogo Sun hereby advises that its audited consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended
31 March 2023 (“Consolidated AFS”), together with the integrated report, have been published and
are available on the Company’s website at https://www.tsogosun.com/investors/. The Consolidated
AFS were audited by PriceWaterhouseCoopers Inc. and the audit report relating to the Consolidated
AFS is unqualified.

ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE GUARANTORS
Tsogo Sun advises further that the audited annual financial statements of the guarantors under its
programme memorandum registered with the JSE have been submitted to the JSE (“Guarantor AFS”).
The Guarantor AFS were audited by PriceWaterhouseCoopers Inc. and the audit reports relating to the
Guarantor AFS are unqualified.

INSPECTION OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
The Consolidated AFS and Guarantor AFS are available for inspection by noteholders via secure electronic
means upon written request by such noteholders. Requests for such secure electronic inspection should
be directed to the Company’s Debt Officer on debtofficer@tsogosun.com.
