RESIGNATION OF THE GROUP COMPANY SECRETARY

In terms of paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
Nampak wishes to advise shareholders of the resignation of the Group
Company Secretary, Ms Ilse van Lochem, with effect from 29 June 2023.

The board of directors would like to thank Ilse for her invaluable
contribution to the group over the past nineteen and a half years and
wishes her a prosperous future.

An announcement will be made in due course in connection with the
appointment of a new Company Secretary.
